At ScoopKey.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your digital product, we offer a 30-day refund policy under certain conditions.
Refund and Return Policy Overview
Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales of digital products are final, but refunds may be considered in specific cases, such as technical issues that prevent product functionality.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The product must not have been downloaded, activated, or used.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- The issue must be due to a fault from our side (e.g., an incorrect or non-working key).
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept refund requests for the following:
Products that have been altered, transferred, or resold.
Downloaded software products (if the key has been delivered and activated).
Gift cards or promotional codes.
Software licenses or digital keys that have been successfully activated.
Late or missing refunds
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
If the software has a minor defect but is still partially functional.
If a software key was issued but has not been activated.
If there is an issue with product compatibility due to incorrect system requirements provided by the customer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youāll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnāt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- If rejected, we will provide a detailed reason for the denial.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenāt received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company ā it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Gifts
If a product was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon refund approval. If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
